Rear Emblem

My car was restored and I ordered a new rear emblem. My question is how do I line it up on the trunk lid the way it was originally placed on there from the factory. I only have one shot and don't want to mess up the placement of it. Thanks

this is going to be his best chance of where to place it.

Re: Rear Emblem

Yeah ASH I know if I tried to guess I would definitely screw it up!

I was able to get these measurements today, I figure a picture is worth 1000 words, hope this helps.

Maybe the easiest way to get it straight would be to put a line of masking tape at the bottom under where the emblem goes. And you could do a line of tape to the right side as well to get it all lined up in place.

I also see that I have some wax to clean out of my emblem now, too funny

Happy New Year!

Re: Rear Emblem

yes the best way would be to put tape going all the way across and use that as a line.
