Great results today!
The Mach 1 made 600+ rwhp on 17# boost and E85.

Absolutely not! LOL! I am considering the 3.5" pulley to get 20# of boost!
Being on E85 it is completely safe and driveable like a champ.
My Cobra is at 21.5# on E85 and is awesome.

But seriously, I will probably leave it alone right now as a 600rwhp daily is all I could ask for from my original intentions.

I am excited to get it back (I am traveling this week in Ohio) and my shaker mount should arrive tomorrow.

Re: TTSaleen's New 2016 Mach 1 Project - Azure Blue FTW!

Got my shaker back on the car today.
There is a guy in Utah that makes a bracket to bolt the shaker to the bottom of the hood. Since my Kennebell 2.6 is bigger than the Eaton, there aren't many ways to get this to fit properly.

I painted it and got it on pretty quickly. Very pleased how this turned out.
Now it looks correct again with the shaker.

Wow, perfect fabbing, looks fantastic. Was going to ask how much boost you're running.. but then noticed that your corn fed. Wish I had some E85 stations near me.

That looks great! Great idea leaving some open areas on that bracket. I'd like to think some air from the shaker opening would help cool the KB.

With the 3.75" upper pulley and stock lower, I am seeing 17#'s of boost.
I have a 3.5" pulley to swap and it is supposed to put me around 19-20#'s.

Ran into my old 03 Red Mach 1 project today so snapped a quick pic.

Pulled off the old tint and had new 18% installed.

Re: TTSaleen's New 2016 Mach 1 Project - Azure Blue FTW!

Got my new Bogart Racing Wheels in last week.

Sized so they will fit the Cobra and the Mach.

16 x 10" with 6.5" backspace.

Called the Bogart RT Bolted design.

Re: TTSaleen's New 2016 Mach 1 Project - Azure Blue FTW!

Few updates -

Finally found the time to do some upgrades to the Mach 1.

Installed the Metco 4# lower pulley setup. Added the 3.2 alternator pulley. Installed the powder-coated valve covers and added some different bolts for a better look. Installed the 80# injectors and got Caleb @ Fastlane to write me a new tune file to get it running till I can get back on the dyno.

So far this thing runs great! The Kennebell screams now and the torque is much improved!

I have the Kooks long tube headers and 3" X-pipe to install and then final dyno tune. Hoping for 650-675rwhp.

Also got my 17" Bogart RT wheels in. Test fitted them and they look great. Fit like a glove!

no **** man, Ive got one car and its an unfathomable black hole. I used to have it and a lightning back in the single days and **** did I burn through cash (I want my lightning back in the worst way). My car is "done" as in its now mechanically sound and drivable but there are still minor (hopefully) bugs to squash and adjustments to make. Theres still easily thousands of dollars of stuff on the wishlist. The wife doesnt comprehend what "done" means with a project car

Those rims are awesome. So many tire options you can do with a 16" rim. What size filter are you running in that JLT Ram Air?
