I'm sorry for the newbie question, but why are install kits available? Meaning......are they a must, or you don't really need them, or what?
Thanks, Chris

4.30 motorsport gears are 169.95 plus freight.
4.30 Ford gears are 159.95 The install kits are needed because most bearings in the rear go bad after 10000 miles from experience. It is best to replace them while you do the gears to make sure they are good. You will have to replace the Pinion Gears because one of them needs to be pressed off. Instead of taking a chance to damage it you replace it. |
