Ammonia Damage to Dash

I need some help on a problem that happened to my dash. A friend of mine was cleaning my windows in my truck the other day and before it was too late I determined he was using an Ammonia-based cleaner. He got some on the dash and while wiping it off he streaked about 5 places that now appear to be dull compared to the rest of the dash. Forthuately he didn't do this to my stang!!!! Do any of you have any suggestions on how to fix/renew/repair this damage? I have tried 3 different types of leather cleaners and none worked.

Thanks
Phil

Maybe Mother's Back to Black would help. Just a thought.

Why dont you clean the dash with an all purpose cleaner, diluted, then retreat it with a vinyl/rubber protectant?

Probably a good idea. Guess I skipped a step.
