Looking for some opinions - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

Hey everyone, hope all is well. My mach is an 03 TR, and I'm going with Red and Matte black theme, going to widen my hood stripe with it as well, got the rear matte black decals, and honeycomb decklid panel.

What I am looking for is some new wheels, I have been searching for a matte black wheel with a chrome lip, but only could come up with the bullits. Would an all matte black wheel be too much without the chrome lip? Or maybe a red painted lip? Also, would deep dish look odd with matte black?

I currently have black GT4's, dish in rear.

In the TR I thnk the all black in matte or other will look great. The las few pages on the wheels thread has some nice looking TR with all black wheels.

Check out my post "New Rims and Tires" in wheel section, set of Black chrome just had put on, pics make it look more chrome than it really is, looks like that fish hook type of black chrome, good luck in your search and post pics when it happens!!!

dude been in your shoes forever... i find it real tough finding wheels for a TR mach. I can speak from experience the all black is sweet but after awhile I grew tired of them. Went the bullitt route w polished lips and felt it definitely woke up the car. However, though it was an improvement, im still not 100% satisfied. If I was i wouldnt be checkin out wheels as much as i do lol

I am sure part of this issue is I am running 17's. I think 18's compliment the new edges the best. And than ofcourse the stance has to be ideal to really make the wheels pop.

I think your idea of the matte finish instead of the gloss black is a great idea. That has crossed my thoughts often. Deep dish ofcourse, not all black (matte over gloss) and 18's. That would be my recommendation
