What size are the wheels? Tires? Looks good. Can you get a better side shot? Thanks man! I'm in-between these and all black cobra wheels.

Re: The Wheel Pictures Thread

Nothing groundbreaking, but I'm loving them. Anthracite FR500's.

18x9 265/35-18 (I'll replace with 275's when they wear out)
18x10 295/35-18
Eibach Prokit all stock ISO's except lower front removed.

Anthracites look amazing! Makes me want to get them. Then part of me wants to save up for some TF's.

Personally, if I had the coin for forged wheels, I would have bought a Terminator instead of a Mach1. Just sayin.

Power-wise they are nice, but personally I think Mach's are better looking.

There are qualities of both that I like. For the Mach the shaker is probably the main thing. The ground affects, hood and mirrors on the Cobra really set it apart.

Don't get me wrong, if $10k fell in my lap right now, I'd drop a KB and IRS in the Mach instead of selling and getting a Terminator.

Re: The Wheel Pictures Thread

this may have been a retarted move i dunno yet...... but when i was over seas with the army i purchased some black chrome cobra R wheels for my DSG mach 1. the fronts are 17x9 and the back are deep dish 18x10. im worried after seeing some of the machs on here with the different size wheels on the back look fu**ing RIDICULOUS! IMO.... but i am a fan of a slight change in size. the tires are 245/45/17 in the front and 285//35/18 in the back. i was confident until i got on here and seen some pics.. what you guys think? yall think it will look good or no? in your honest opinions? if anyone has this set up plz post pics.

My buddy bought wheels for dirt cheap for his 00 GT. Turns out they are 18x9 front 18x9 rear. Guy had 245/xx/18 on front and 285/35/18 rears. He just got all new tires over past few months. Went to a 275 tire in the rear(which looked much better on the rim) and kept 245 front. I think it looked maybe a little odd, but in part because the rear tire just didnt look right on that small of a rim(was a nitto 555). Really though, 245 front 285 rear wont look bad, a powerfull car isnt designed to wear same size front and rear.

However, if I'M gonna pay for a wider size wheel, better believe im putting a bigger tire on it vs the stock 17x8. A 17x9 wheel should fit a 255/40/17. If your so worried, sell the 245's(stock wheel size so should take a whole day to sell them) and get a 255. Then at least the extra inch width is put to good use.

That is a great looking AB you got there! Love the stance especially. What suspension drop is that?
