Good day for a drive - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

I had thought about trading for a truck but the whole time I m driving it, a truck is never on my mind.

I ve had fast cars before, drove normal cars, 4x4 trucks, SUVs, and minivans. But for whatever reason, the Mach brings a smile to my face everytime I drive it. The biggest problem I have is I run out of road and balls before the Mach runs out of power.

It was a nice day so I drove the Mach to work. Run and did some things, rowed thru the gears, listen to the magna flows hum, grinning ear to ear....But all good things must come to an end and the idiots showed up. From the guy in the Jeep liberty, to the guy in the raggedy grand am with 2 missing hub caps, to the douche bag in the Isuzu Rodeo with the back bumper knocked off and the license plate pushed under the back hatch, I knew it was time to take her home and put back under the porch.

Locked her up, went to the back door, stopped and turned around....yep its still a bad a$$ car and I look good driving it.

Winter does suck....
My wife says to me the other day "stop sighing every time you go into the garage".

Man, it was so nice this past weekend out here I wished I had waited another few weeks to put the car away. Would have been perfect weather to go for a cruise. Oh well, you never know when the first snow is going to hit around here. Could be october, could be january.
