Re: Ford Nationals 2011 June 3-5, 2011.....>

Well I'm sorry to say to all of you who left me your car give-a-way tickets but for the 7th year in a row I did not win the car. As always, the deal is if I (actually we) win, then I sell the vehicle and next year it's steaks for everyone (or what ever the group wants as I'll use the winnings to foot the bill). They pulled 14 different tickets and we were within 30 numbers on one drawing but no "free steak diner" again next year. The winner was a young guy who was in the Merkur Club so that was a good thing. :ORANGE:

The rain actually held off with only a few sprinkles as we left the showfield around 4pm. We're back at the hotel now and will leave out in the morning.

Had a Great time again. I'll be back next year too.
Great to meet some more members from the reg. this year.
One of these years i'd like to chill by the car, instead of looking for parts.
There not even parts for my car. Its still a blast.
See you all next year.

First let me thank you for the calendars!

Second let me inform you that parking with us lowly mach1's is way to far below any self respecting Shelby owner. You must put your nose up and walk on by while saying "Look at all those homely mach1's! How can you drive such antiquated cars?!"

J/K Scott you guy's are welcome anytime! Hey, we still talk to Chris!

Re: Ford Nationals 2011 June 3-5, 2011.....>

Ahh Gaarsh!!
Thanks guys

Chris has the old Mach1 also, so he can hang with new and old gen stangs. I have a 1967 Chevelle in need of some resto... But want to let you guys get used to the switch to a Shelby, before really killing you with a Chevy...
Of course thats all I've ever owned before the Mach1. And I still own a Mustang so I guess that shows what I think of the Camaro. I owned a 1969 Camaro w/ 454 before buying the Mach1, the new Camaro looks nothing like the 69, and mine was much faster than what GM is putting out from the factory.

Hopefully the guy who bought my Mach1 comes and hangs out too... As for a calendar, they've never really been just the 03-04 Mach1's so a Grabber Blue Shelby on a few pages will be ok too. Have to say if I kept the Mach1, I wouldn't be driving it, I'd be driving the new car all the time like I am doing!! But I guess thats what some of you would do too. Wish I had the luxury to see the Yellow car sitting in my driveway next to it.

CMEMach1 are you doing a fall cruise? Don't know if I can fit it in around soccer but I'm game to get out and drive. Looking to put some milage on the car.

When is the Jax MCA Show? I hadn't seen anything about that one yet. Unless it's the Carlisle weekend, I'll probably try and make that one too. It's much closer.
