How hard is it to take off and put back on, you know like when you want to wash the car etc, also is it cutout for license plate or what?? I have 1 but it's not a colgan and it's starting to get funky lookin. Any other offers yet?

Its very easy to take off but putting it on takes a few minutes. Yes the bra comes pre cut for a front plate. Hope the pics help. No offers yet but not looking for offers, looking for someone to buy it. I put a very fair price up for both items, so if youre ready to buy I am ready to ship. Thanks for looking if you dont buy it.
