clutch and flywheel porn

Df clutch and act prolite flywheel. Less moment of inertia than the aluminum flywheels!!

The flywheel even came with a pit driver

Looks great. Centerforce? What's the torque rating?

There are some other crazier looking machine work. But i liked talking to then act rep at the pri show a couple years ago and thier moment of inertia (amount of work to move the fly wheel) was less than the aluminum wheels since they machine most of the weight off rhe larger diameter.

As for the clutch yes its centerforce dual friction, holding capacity i couldnt find for the 11" i found the rating on the 10.5 is 585ftlbs on one site so best guess i would say its gotta be about 100 more

Re: clutch and flywheel porn

What a difference!!! The engine revs FAST, the clutch is more of a on off switch where the old clutch was more of a sluggish dimmer. VERY HAPPY SO FAR. THE 500 MILE break in is gonna kill me.
