Try going to "Ask Jeeves" and search for "dyno tune in Illinois". It came up with a few different shops - but I know nothing of their reputation.

Not sure about northern Illinois but if you are ever in central Illinois there is Anderson Ford in Clinton, IL that does good work. Small little town just south of Bloomington off of 51.

i tried speed inc and they said the tune on our machs are agressive enough to withstand the mods that im going to have

Yeah- absolutely stay away from Speed Inc., never have heard a good thing about them- visit: www.chicagolandmustang.com and there you will find all the answers you'll need for the Chicagoland area shops and tuners....

What kind of mods do you have? After getting magnaflows and a k&n cai I went to Speed Inc, bought a diablo from them and had them try to dyno tune it. It didn't do squat for me. They took the diablo back, didn't charge me for it. I was talking with a rep from Superchips about it. He didn't think a tuner would do me any good either.

Speed Inc uses diablo. Street Stuff and Sutton Ford uses SCT. There is a place outside of Byron that uses both. Can't think of the name of the shop, but I think the guys name in Mike Post.

Yup- that's Dyno TuneMP- Mike Post is the Renegade Mustang racer with NMRA that has the yellow fox body- He is about two weeks away from doing my dyno tune once the procharger is installed!

I would avoid Illinois Dyno Center in Port Byron, IL. The only thing people say about that place is how much it sucks.
