License Plate Bracket - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

Does anyone know if a Cobra License Bracket from the 2004 Cobra will work on a '04 Mach1? Or any ideas on how to mount a plate without drill into the front of the bumper?

I'm guessing the the bolt spacing is standard for mounting the license
plate brackets....for the front plate, I use velcro so I can avoid
drilling holes into the front bumper.

Saw this link on a local Mustang club site. It is a retractable license plate holder, looks like a good idea!
