AFS Mach 1 wheels coming back!
For anyone interested, looks like AFS is going to start making these wheels again in small runs for 2020. The 17X10.5's in the factory finish are already on their website and according to their blog post will be in stock December 2019.

Re: AFS Mach 1 wheels coming back!
Saw this earlier this week as well.
I actually have a brand new set of 17 x 9 and would like the 17 x 10.5 for the rear.

Re: AFS Mach 1 wheels coming back!
Nice!! I already have a set that I use on my Lightning! IF they off up those in 18's with black insert paint instead of that gray color I'll grab a set!

I agree, I’ll be down for a set of 18’s with the black inserts if they do a run.

Re: AFS Mach 1 wheels coming back!
I ended up with 4 in total. I run R888Rs on one set and MTs on the other

Re: AFS Mach 1 wheels coming back!
I recall buying Ford Racing factory Mach 1 rims for $125 each back in 2004/2005 for my race tires. Should have bought a set and put them on the shelf. I also at 1 time owned 5 factory chin spoilers I bought for $60 each. The things we should hold onto.

Re: AFS Mach 1 wheels coming back!
I have my original wheels in storage. I've also accrued a few extra OEM replacement parts. I have the entire vinyl stripe set, a factory chin spoiler, the Mach 1 rear emblem, two front pony emblems, the side emblems, and an extra set of center caps. I've also kept every single original part I've replaced/upgraded. I also bought two extra alarm brains and three spare remotes for the alarm I stealth installed 10 years ago. Just in case.

AFS Mach 1 wheels coming back!
Funny you guys mention keeping extra stuff on the shelf I’ve been thinking about that a lot lately. The OEM Stuff is harder and harder to find lately and these cars are going away little by little. I have a few things on the shelf but I think it’s time to collect the small stuff

Re: AFS Mach 1 wheels coming back!
with the same suspension setup I've run some old MT ET Streets, MT sport comps (no traction at all with my power lol) and something else. They were all the same size (315/35/17)and no issues. The R888Rs caught my **** fender though (I didn't roll the fender far enough toward the front of the car). It pulled that inner fender lip out some and put a nice gouge in the tire but luckily not deep enough to be unsafe.

Re: AFS Mach 1 wheels coming back!
I had a set of those deep dish afs back in the day. Always ran 315-35-17 tires, but I also rolled my fenders and coated them first. Had a brand new goodyear eagle f1 gsd3 get it's sidewall slashed on my old 360R because of this. Car was barely even lowered. Here it is in a family members showroom where it has lived for the past 15yrs..

Re: AFS Mach 1 wheels coming back!
This pic is with cut stock springs (had an 04 IRS at the time) and the deep dish/ 315 combo. It never cut a tire down thanks to the fender rolling. Back in ~2011.

Re: AFS Mach 1 wheels coming back!
i currently have steeda sport springs with some adjustable shocks/struts, they may have been on the loose side when I cut my Toyo. My fenders were rolled like yours, it wasn't far enough around toward the front

If I get these do I need to roll my fenders? Running Eibach pro springs with stock isolators. Really don't wanna roll the fenders on my car since it's such low mileage. Here's the gap I have now.
