question about selling the mach - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

Im just gonna leave the mods on the car, however wont i need to smog the car to sell it? Now im pretty sure i can smog the car here at work so im not worried about the visual inspectoin but with my catted xpipe will my car pass the sniffer test? I do have my stock mid pipe, should i throw that back on?
