Hello family

Well I know that it has been so long since i've been on here and I have missed being on here and feel bad that I left and haven't been on.
I just hope everyone is well.
While I haven't gotten back in a Mustang, I am planning on getting one at the end of next year. My ride right now is 09 F350 SRW, which I use to pull my tractor and trailer with.
Most of my stuff now comes in green and it has been fun getting into John Deere stuff.

Again, I hope everyone is well and planning on being on here more often.

Thanks, I still got a little over a year before I really start searching for one to buy, all in timing. As I love the Mach 1, I am torn between different ones. Meaning, I always loved the Saleen or Roush look and always dreamed about owning a s281 sc. So, with that said, I still have time. I always loved the shaker. The other way I am being pulled is my buddy has a 2000 GT that he has owned since brand new. Has P1sc on it and around 42K miles. That one has meaning to me and so I've been thinking about that one. It is a one owner and non-smoker and I know the guy personally for years and how that one has been treated.
Again, plenty of time, but I just want to be back on the forum.

Yes for sure, I started searching, just to look at what is out there and man it is crazy some of the prices. The part that gets me is that I just want to find one that has been care for, even if high mileage. So, it will be worth the wait.

Here is the green I was talking about. the tractor and zt are mine. the riding mower was giving to me from my dad, because he got smart and bought a zero turn and gave this one to me for my boys to learn on. The gator is my wife's, it does come in handy having one around here.

Well after much thought and honestly I have thought this over and over. I have told my buddy that when I go to buy another mustang that I will be buying his. Do not get me wrong I love the Mach, but I have history with this car and also have known the owner for years, before he even had it and i've known the car since it was brand new. He was my best friend and we have kept in touch through the years. I truly am the only person that he is willing to sell it to if that says anything. Nothing special about me, just he knows that I will take care of it.
So with that being said, sorry it won't be another mach, but i'm still going to be on here and it will be nice getting back in a mustang.
Alittle about the ride
2000 GT with 54K miles on it, one owner, non-smoker

Procharger P1SC with 2-core, 48# injectors, C&L 75mm upper intake, BBK 75mm throttle body, flow master, Steeda tri-ax, mil-eliminators, K&N filter, Pioneer DVD/CD, white face gauges, steeda lowering springs, modified SVT Focus fuel pump for high flow rate, Diablo chip

I'm going to have to think about his stalker front bumper, I know he did it for the intercooler.

Nice! I'm always eager to buy from someone I've known a long time or if I know the vehicle really well. It is harder and harder to find newedge Mustangs that are not ragged out in some way or another these days. Looks like you will have a number of ways to "make it yours" after you buy it.

That is what it kept coming back to, was just knowing my friend and the car. Again, not making this up, I'm the only person he will sell it too, which I know sounds weird, but he doesn't need to sell it, but will to me because he knows it will be well taken care of. Also, if I do end of selling it, he said he wants to buy it back.
I honestly do not want to do much too it, would like to change the headlights to stock 01-04 or smoked out ones. Do the American flag bumper inserts and front pony grille, hood struts, rear sway bar, FLSC, STB and shorty antenna.
Big mods will be changing the side skirts to stalker ones or 03/04 cobra ones. 03/04 cobra mirrors. leather seats. Changing out the rims, probably just 01-04 GT rims.
Another thing I was thinking of doing is Purple Heart Armed Forces theme, not to crazy, but will be used for ministry.

Honestly, the power adder is already on there and the exhaust is set up perfect and stance. So, just want to enjoy and drive.

UPDATE:
Well things got block on getting my buddies 2000 GT and I had a back up car if his did not work out. Main problem was the bank, even though I was approved what he is selling it for and what the bank value it out, is more than what they are willing to give, so on to the back up car.
I do believe there is a reason why that one did not work out, because I will be much more happier.
So with that being said, as we type write now, I am planning to make a 3 hour trip to get 2003 OW Mach 5 speed tomorrow, which is one of our members cars that had it for sale on here.
WhiteTXMach has been great to work with throughout this whole process.
He is kind enough to do a oil change for me like a real dealership.
Next, finding a mach at this age of them and being a one owner is truly amazing to me and makes me feel better, which was a plus on my buddies GT.

So, if everything goes to plan, I should be an owner of another mach 1 tomorrow. I'm truly excitied.

While it is OW, the SY will always be faster

Anyways, just updating yall with what is going on and truly think this is a better way to go.

UPDATE: I am offically a Mach 1 owner again. lol
It felt good, as soon as I sat in the driver seat, the smell, sound, driver view, etc. IT FELT LIKE I FOUND MY BLANKET i've been searching all over for.
Honestly, was a great drive with it, over 3 hours to get home.
Mostly everything is running great, the tags are expired from 2015, so need to get that done ASAP.
Only issue that I experiance was something I had issues with on my last Mach, which I believe we are dealing with needing a new tune.
As driving for over an hour, was going to get off the road, so took the exit, I pushed in the clutch and the car rpm's just fell and car died and I had to quickly restart it. frustrating, but will get it figured out.
He did tell me the ac needed to be recharged and it for sure does, had the windows down the whole way home. lol

Thank you sir, it will and I believe a more driver friendly tune is instore. Maybe it just needs driven a little more to work out all those muscles that had not been stretched out. He did tell me that he hadn't drive it much in a while. so we will see.
