I have a Canadian Mach 1 and would like to have the daytime running lights shut off when i put on the parking lights for cruising at dusk because it looks meaner that way. is this possible?

Re: Day time running ligts?

Hi Yes it is a Canadian thing , all cars sold in Canada must have day time running lights , Canadian mustangs have a daytime running light relay up by the driver's side front fender if I recall correctly , I have a US sold mach 1 and I believe that they installed this relay when the cars was imported to make it legal for Canada roads .

I never knew that. I know some cars here in the US have daylights but I guess it is not a required thing yet.
