Looking forward to the next 100,000!!!
My Mach 1 rolled over 100,000 miles last night coming home from work. It's taken me lots of cool places, both literally aand figuratively. Can't wait to see what the next 100,000 holds in store!

Re: Looking forward to the next 100,000!!!
Congrats...remember when odometers were only 5 digits...it was like having a brand new car when you rolled 100k
I am between 93k and 94k now...probably be next year when I roll 100 as little as I am driving the car now... its been a great ride for sure...

Re: Looking forward to the next 100,000!!!
Congrats man! I'm not far behind you. Mine hit 94k the other day. I started thinking about 100k and it actually sort of freaked me out a little.

Re: Looking forward to the next 100,000!!!
Congrats! I normally buy a new car once my daily hits 100,000, this is the only car I have never gotten bored of yet. Love it when guys walk by the new mustangs and stop and talk to me about my Mach. lol Great cars.
Seeing less and less nice new edge stangs on the road.

Re: Looking forward to the next 100,000!!!
I feel a drink coming on. Take off one of those zeros and that's about where mine is, am working on catching up though. Any major probs at all during that mileage milestone, anything you have had to replace mechanically?
I meant to compliment you on the pristine condition of your lovely Torch Red Mach, I wouldn't have thought you had achieved that sort of mileage on it by the condition it looks. It looks "as new" condition, so full credit to you young man.

Re: Looking forward to the next 100,000!!!
Many thanks.
I've tried to keep it presentable while using it every day for work and play. The only things I have done mechanically is brakes, battery, clutch (stupid throwout bearing, otherwise never would have had to do that while we were in there), and more recently seals and bearings in the rear end, and that was only due to a poorly replaced pinion seal leaking. There is a growling under the hood that's either the compressor or possibly an idler pulley, but it made it to Charlotte and back (12 hrs each way) and didn't get any worse (or better).

Re: Looking forward to the next 100,000!!!
It use to be a death sentence when a car hit 100,000 but you use to only get 15000 miles out of a tire. We have come along way, may you enjoy many more years of Mach'in.

Re: Looking forward to the next 100,000!!!
Congrats John, if this was an 80's car you would of changed the exhaust system at least 4 times. It would need the 5th but you just decide to junk the car instead. It's these dam winters that kills them.
