Oil in pcv valve

I just replaced my pcv valve and I found pooled up oil in it which is why I am thinking my car smoke occasionally on start up. I am going to add an oil separator. What’s the best way to get the oil out of the intake manifold without taking it off the car?

Re: Oil in pcv valve

It really doable, you could pull the lid and wipe it down with a paper towel I guess

Well, I suppose there’s also seafoam if you can get it into the upper intake
