Single drop of oil under the engine

Found a single drop of oil under the car on two separate occasions this past weekend. Recently switched to Amsoil 5w-30 fully synthetic. Checked the drain plug and the filter and both were clean with no signs of a leak. I know this stuff is ridiculously slippery, so it may be possible that it is seeping through somewhere. The oil appeared after the car had been sitting in the garage overnight.
I changed the oil right before I put it in storage for the winter and there was no sign of oil under the car when I took it out (3 weeks ago). Anyone have any ideas as to where this could be coming from? thanks

On crossmember near steering gear,
likely dripped from when the filter was changed

Re: Single drop of oil under the engine

A paper plate stuffed under there during filter removal works wonders for me.

Good thinking. I always took some aluminum foil and made a trough to catch the oil and direct it into a container. This worked great to keep the rack clean.
