Doing a TDY stint there first two weeks of Nov...what's to do?

i've been through a couple times on c-5s( a whole week...i love how those things are giant always breaking POS's...glad i don't work on them though) and on c-17's (over night...stupid reliable aircraft)...anyway, lots of drinking to be done in Waikiki (bring $$$$$$...i spent over $100 a night drinking there...for perspective...my tab is usually under $40 i'm a bit of a lighweight) Also a lot of cool history stuff around Hickam and the rest of the island...see the Arizona. spend some time and poke around, there is alot of cool military history there...if your interested in that kinda thing. Do the tourist thing and take a surfing lesson, the water isn't gonna be that cold.

not a bad gig at all.. I was stationed there from 02-06 .. and wish I could go back!
