Where to degree cams to.

Hey guys. Trying to figure out where to degree my cams for best performance. My mods r cobra factory sealed shortblock(8.5 compression), stage 1 xe-r comp blower cams, fully headers back exhaust, and d1 procharger will be pullied to about 16-17psi.

May have some spray on hand too. Just a 50 shot or so.

Cam specs
Intake Exhaust
Valve Lash: Hyd. Hyd.
Duration: 257 259
Duration@.050"Lift:222 224
Valve Lift: 0.475 0.45
Lobe Lift: 0 0

Looking to help add some low end power that I'll be lacking. Thjbkin setting them to 110/116 or 110/114

Re: Where to degree cams to.

Those cams are too big to optimize torque for FI unless you plan to spin to 7500+ RPM. You could set the intake centerline at 106 and pick up some torque but then you'd have too much overlap for FI. You can either sell them and get something with duration below 218 or not worry about the low end torque and run them at 112 ICL. In a racing situation you wont lose anything over smaller cams because power equals out by about 5000 RPM and pulls away from much smaller cams above that.
