Mach 1 Floormats

Does anyone have these Floormats from American Muscle?

http://www.americanmuscle.com/acc-mach1-floor-mats.html

I'd like to see them in person before buying. I can't tell from the pics how they blend in with the carpeting. I only want them for showing but I don't want them to stick out like a sore thumb if the color is different from the stock carpeting.

Re: Mach 1 Floormats

I've had them for a year and have put 2000 miles on the car since. They match color wise. But they could fit better. There is a set somewhere on here that are fit way better in the pics I saw but not sure on the color match. If you're showing only use the fronts as the rears are the ones that fit a little large.
Just my two cents.

Re: Mach 1 Floormats

I just bought them and I really like them, I get tons of compliments. The floor mats even inspired me to get embroidered head rests and let me tell you, it really makes the interior more enjoyable and i have had nothing but compliments. Worth the money imo.

Re: Mach 1 Floormats

The color is a close match, but they're not perfect. The drivers mat is too long and has to be pulled back or the clutch will grab it. Annoying. The rear floor mats are in no way even close to being the correct size. I've got no idea what they were thinking with those.

Really a bummer we can't buy stock replacements and the aftermarket is limited to these...

Re: Mach 1 Floormats

You all have my curiosity up now. I bought my Mach, gently used. I always assumed the mats were the originals. But some of the aftermarkets I have seen here look like what I have. My color is right and they seem to fit right......Is there any way to tell factory from knock off? Do the originals have any identifying characteristics?

Re: Mach 1 Floormats

The original floormats say nothing. They're just plain gray (charcoal, whatever). I just put a cheap rubber floormat over my stock floormat on the driver's side. Both my floormats still look brand new.

Re: Mach 1 Floormats

Ive got them, they look good but they shed something fierce, everytime I get in the first thing I do is remove all the excess floormat fuzz.

Re: Mach 1 Floormats

I went with black ones with the running pony on them, the contrast isn't very noticeable. I got them from american muscle but I believe they are a different manufacturer from the gray mach 1 ones they sell.

Re: Mach 1 Floormats

I bought a set in April from American Muscle to replace the factory set that had a hole in the drivers side. The first day, I could pinch and pull the fibers off the mat, like a shedding dog. I drove my car for about a week and my drivers mat looked like my 10 year old factory mat! AM replace all four without a problem, but the new set did exactly the same thing. It's only the driver side though.
