Said goodbye to my Mach

I had to do it. It is what makes sense for our family. Having a car sit in the garage and not be driven for 6 months of the year. So yesterday the Mach and POS 09 Ralliart got traded in for a new family mobile. Thanks to you all for the tech advice and threads over the last few years. I do have a 3650 that needs a syncro and a sniper tuner with one bullet if anyone is interested shoot me a p.m.

Wish you all the best. Cheers

Re: Said goodbye to my Mach

The needs of a family always come first. There will be other performance cars out there when it's time to get back into another hot car. Hopefully, that time will come soon.

Re: Said goodbye to my Mach

You should still hang around, I sold my 68 Mustang Fastback for the down payment on our first house. It was hard but the right thing to do, now my wife has her own Mustang and we have the Mach. You will once again own a fun car.

Don't beat yourself up. I had to wait 30 years before I got my first mustang, and now have two in the garage. I just had to do it the opposite way that you did. You got yours before, and then had to let it go. I had to forgo the mustang, and wait many years later. But, you still have a chance later on again anyway. Still I'm sorry to hear it.

Likewise. I bought a new 65 Mustang. 38 years later I bought a DSG 03 Mach. Sold it in 06 but found another 03 last fall. Be patient.

Crazy fool... not sure why some of you guys don't drive your Mach more! Mine is driven year round, even in the snow like today!

Re: Said goodbye to my Mach

I had to give up my 99z28 bc of 2 kids under 4 and car seats. I got a 00 Grand prix GTP. 10 yrs later I was in Mach. So, its the right thing, you ll be proud you did it later. AND you can use it as a brownie point with the wifey later.
