Epic

He'll no on the bra. IMHO they look hideous and scratch the crap out of stuff. The 3m clear is so easy to put on, cheaper, and cleaner .

I use it on the rear lower panels to protect them from strip use. Then peal it off after a weekend at the strip.

On a side note. No bra
I agree, I have had a 3m clear bra on my Mach for 6 years now, and no chips/ stains on the Screaming Yellow paint!

Nope. Don't like them at all. Can't say that I've ever seen a car with one on that looked better than without one. Just depends on how important the protection is. I don 't think it is important enough to diminish the look of my car. Just my opinion.

...or a $6 can of flat black plasti-dip spray, get home, just peel it off, seems the most economical solution for what you want to do, still like my Xpel as well (I gave a link showing install pics).

Re: Bra or no bra. Which do you prefer??

I have a colgan bra for the mach for long trips. I also have the clear film on the front. The trick I have found is to put a micro fibre cloth between the bra and the car over the vinyl hood stripe or it can leave a mark. At the risk of stating the obvious, make sure its clean before putting it on the car. The colgan bra, can really save you a lot of grief from stones and also bugs. I will be using mine when I travel to Christchurch in our south island for the national convention in October. I used it when I drove to the bottom of the south island in 2011, when I got there 3 days after setting out, I removed the car bra and voila! beautiful unblemished paint work. was happy about that. Put it back on when I headed home, over 2,500 miles no damage in the area covered by the bra. (NZ roads are mainly stone chip tar-seal, crappy at best.)
