car is getting tuned with the vortech...what yall think itll make??
dropped the car off last week with Adam to get dyno tuned. What does everyone think it'll make??
longtubes catless x slp catbck aluminum driveshaft 65mm throttle body ported stock length intake port matched upper egr delete 60# injectors stryker 340 pump 96 cobra cams Vortech v2 3.33 pulley 4 inch power pipe vmp tuning slot Mass air meter 3 core procharger front mount intercooler Couple things that rob a little power 4.10 gears 31 spline axels 315 tires Car should be done in the next couple days!!! |

490rwhp and 430rwtq depending how conservative they go.
I have similar mods, minus the cams and I have a 3.48" pulley Mine dynoed 470rwhp and 410rwtq on a mustang dyno

my car put down 493 hp and 441 tq. I have the v2 with aftercooler, 4 inch powerpipe, 3.6 pulley. Full exhaust and 4:30 gears. Lets say that i am ordering a 3.8 pulley to get me down to safer numbers

Hmm,
Before my built block, running 295's with 3.90 gear, I was putting down 492rear wheel...forget the torque number. The key factor is how aggressive they make it. When mine was first dynode, it jumped past 500 on the stock internals. Sooo, if they go under blowing it up...I'm guessing 487 on yours. Keep us updated!

Assuming 91 octane 480/420
I had the same setup on mine and on 7.5lbs it made 464/402 with 13* timing.

Not yet... My guy switched shops and had to install a dyno and what not. Sooo I have no clue when ill have something for ya guys.

ok....soooo
got the car back. it was around 483/425 at around 6200. unfortunately ill have to take it back because the 90 degree 4"in to 3.5" coupler I used for the air inlet was collapsing on itself. And this was on a mustang dyno. brand new just put in the ground. also, he said it made 9psi. My gauge must be jank because it was reading like 14?!?! |
