So what stock stuff has broken on your Mach this year?
So, as our cars are reaching 15years old the gremlins are starting to catch up to me...
For me... 1.) Fuel pump took a dump coming back from a saturday nite cruise in. 2.) Ball Joints were shot so had to rebuild the FE this summer. 3.) AC line popped this past weekend. Every time I take her out, back of my mind, what will it be today. LOL.... It is hard looking at this car everyday, realizing it is reaching 15 years old (my production date is 2/4/2003), and accepting that these things are normal... She is getting old...  much like her owner

For us it has been the fuel pump and a very slow AC leak. Did the fuel pump myself and added just a small amount of refrigerant.

Did the refrigerant add as well. I've go ta leak on the line that had what appears to be a muffler on it. Of course it's a Ford only part, and I did fork over for one, just haven't done the replacement yet.
Still not happy with the clutch situation and may bit the bullet and take it to a trans shop. I've got cosmetic things to attend to as well, paint on the c-pillar and deck lid and wiper cowl replacement. And then there's the drivers seat cover and headliner. At 125k, it's still held up pretty darn well.

i have to agree. car has help up well overall...
i have the usual interior items. found my driver door arm rest insert cracked the other day? i was like...what the heck... need to do carpet, driver seat cover, headliner due to my son who thought the edge was cool and wanted to see what it looked like if he pulled on it...LOL... i have to keep reminding myself that by the time my old fox was 15, I had replaced or repaired just about every system on the car...including a full repaint and was about to do my third engine...LOL

A/C finally gave out on me. May just need a charge but winter is here so will check in Spring time oh yea and the original battery is having trouble holding a charge. It has been in and out a few times as I ran an Odyssey dry cell for a few years.
Holding up pretty good so far!

My cruise control quit working at around 63k miles this past summer. That’s when I noticed it anyway. I haven’t attempted to troubleshoot it yet.

I do have a small crack in the drivers door panel cup as well. But its so small I haven't really paid it much attention, the vinyl is pulling away (shrinking?) here you rest your arm.
I've still been happy enough that if they still made them, I'd buy a new one no questions asked.

I'm on my 3rd TOB and 3rd fuel pump this year. My second fuel pump crapped out after only 18 months. Luckily, it died about 50 miles after completing a 2,000 mile roadtrip.

The fuel pump was a real surprise
And definitely one of those terribly inconvenient things. Really surprised me to be honest. Surprised to hear about your 3 TOB’s Although at about 60k on my car my original tob disintegrated on my way to work one day...

I could understand my original fuel pump going out. The car only had 30K miles after 12 years of owning it (and driven very little the past 7 years), but after the 2nd fuel pump went in I've put 6,000 miles on the Mach in the last year and a half, and then it went kaput again.
I put up with the noise from my 2nd TOB for about 8 years until I finally got sick of the noise and replaced it again afew months back. So far, so good. These are the only two problems I've had on any Ford I've owned.

My cruise control quit this summer too at 68k. Replaced the fuses and it works perfectly. Replaced battery terminal connectors cause the originals were getting too corroded. Serpentine belt wore out too. Surprisingly the seats are perfect almost no wear with 70k on the clock.

Update on the a/c
its fixed. i bought all three of the ac lines and the dryer from Rockauto...installed the lines, friend who is the only mechanic who touches my car other than me, did the system recharge... I am really liking rockauto for stock replacement parts... so..now that its cold outside around here I have a working A/C again LOL

My multi stalk on the steering column went bad this spring. Would randomly swipe my windshield wipers. Outside of that, the car has held up well over the last few years.

Two engines, both front struts, and fuel gauge or sender float. CD player would freak out until I gave it a good slap on the dash and it would cycle CDs again.
If you've seen my reintroduction thread, you've know that much of my car is now broken from an accident.
