Re: Slipping Procharger Belt???

I ended up putting the same size belt back on there. Next size down would not fit. I changed the tensioner but I think that was a wasted $53. Anyways it was fine at first but a few days latter Its slipping all over again. I dont know what I am going to do.

Heres an alternative just a little expensive. I emailed him and he told me they have made one for a mach 1 but shouldnt be a problem.http://www.bggperformance.com/

Re: Slipping Procharger Belt???

I went to the link and I didn't see anything that would help the belt slippage. Maybe I didnt look in the right place. Where and what is it.

Re: Slipping Procharger Belt???

What about a cogged belt system if they make one?

Re: Slipping Procharger Belt???

You need a Gates 4061098 belt... Not usually stocked, but available through NAPA and Carquest (Their brand but made by Gates). Stay away from discount parts stores.
