I called and got mine on the way. The guy I talked to just wanted my last 6 digits, I thought they would need the whole vin. How can the tell what car it is by just the last 6?

Look at the attached pdf file from the first post here from Dave. The third page will explain what all the digits represent, and why they only need the last 6.

I'm sure it's the same as it is here. Pick up the phone and phone and give them a call! If you're a member of IMBOC you should get the discount, if not, you'll still be able to get the certificate at the standard price.

actually I found out it isn't as Warner and Ford apparently haven't agreed yet since Warner owns the name "Bullitt".

I just ordered mine! My Mach is #741 which is kind of interesting as the VIN is 366471. Just reorder the last three digits of the VIN # and you get the build #.

Ordered mine this morning. They said it would be a couple of weeks before I received. Mine is production 1005 of the 2004's.

I ordered mine this morning also....#667!!! I started to panic a little when he started saying "Six hundred and sixty...". The guy I talked to said he recently spoke with a Shelby GT500 cutomer, who got a great deal on a GT500 with the last three digits of the VIN being 666 because the car fell of the truck during transport!!

If you registered on the owners list and didn't give a last name or vin or some info in missing, they can't find you, not sure if they keep the member number and all the info we sent them or how they look it up? Sorry for any problems, but It FORD you know. It took them this long to get everthing setup......

Thanks Dave for setting this up and Congrats from the other new member of the Ford Performance Group! I am the owner of the Motor City Marauders and we joined the FPG recently as well. I can tell you it was a lot of work to make it happen, but it is exciting to be counted with you guys at the FPG! I am lucky to able to get the Certificats and information for both my Mach 1 and Marauder. Looks like the Mach 1 folks and the Marauder folks have more in common now besides sharing the same motor! This is from the last mailing from the FPG...
