Insurance update, I reduced $24 a month from the cobra. Gotta love that! Was expecting to see the same payment when I called progressive.

Only problem, my license plate says cobrajg. Gotta get that changed on Monday.

No track time until spring, you warm weather guys will see times long before me.

Tony: will be going to the Tri-State Mustang meeting on December 18th. I'm sure many will be in the area before then. http://www.tristatemustang.com/Meetings.htm

Thanks all! Like I said, you will not be disappointed. Well worth every minute of the wait. Be ready next week, my dealer made some calls and there will be many happy ppl around here!

Time to head to Hooters for some weekly wings...er you know what I mean.

It is a helmholtz resonator used to improve/attentuate the induction sound.

Cobrajg, you commented about your car except for the power...

Cobrajg--- I had no idea the TSMC existed! I checked the site and didn't see any dates---are you sure it's Dec. 18? Mine is due
the 2nd and I would like to take it (weather permitting), but just
want to be sure of the date.

Cobrajg is not alone Im sure

While this is great for cobrajg, it also great for the other hundreds of owners out there that received their Mach 1 this week thats not a member here.

Could be one or two in your neighborhood we dont know about.

And that stinks cause I would like to see them.

Could ya get some sound clips for us while you are at it, please. Nice car dude I think the DSG is starting the grow on me. I saw a GT with DSG for the color and i thought it looked pretty good, then i imagined it with the Mach 1 hood and the black strips. That is the color for me if i ever afford to get one. In anycase case the car looks very nice and looking forward to see some nice outside pics. I wish ford affored the Mach 1 in True Blue, i really like that color.

Frank: I will be at the swap meet on Saturday with the car. I will only be there until about 2pm as I have to get back for a friends wedding. I will try to park outside the building that is on the east side of the fair grounds. The one that is away from the other 2 buildings. Not sure if they will let me, or if I want a few thousand ppl touching the car, but I will try.

Crissy: The meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of every month, unless they change it.

Toast: I will get some sound clips also. One thing about the exhaust tips, the bottom lip turned black already. It wipes off but getting tarnished that fast is nuts.

Mach1_MI: The car has great power, but I have not got on it at all. Only hitting 3000-3500 until I get a few hundred miles on her. Definitely has a better pull then my cobra did. Not sure if it is the 3.55 gear over the 3.27 or the lower torque curve.

Cobrajg,

You realize every member is checking here hourly waiting for any tidbit you can give us. This is a hungry bunch as you know.
You da man right now.

I thought the exhaust tips would a hole in the bottom for the water to drain, to help prevent the rolled edge from getting black.
Humm......
