Who Knows SCT Xcal 2? - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

I have an Xcal 2 that I got with my 2000 GT a few years back. I'm trying to unpair it with the GT and pair it with my Mach 1. How do I do this? I'm also trying to figure out how to get a tune for the mach. I recently put in a MAC prochamber, now my check engine wont go away because my "cats do not work." Of course they don't, they're not there. How do I fix my tuner and retune my mach?

well i believe that if its just a normal SCTX2 not with a custom tune for your GT and just the basic one you should just have to throw the stock tune on your GT and that will unmarry your SCT to where you can put it on the Mach
if its locked than your going to have to send it in to SCT and pay to have it unlocked

on american muscle they don't have the X2
but here is the DiabloSport hand held tuner and here is what it says for fitment
Fitment:

V6 98, 99, 00, 01, 02, 03
GT 98, 99, 00, 01, 02, 03, 04
Cobra 98, 99, 00, 01
Mach 1 03, 04
Bullitt 01

so that is why i'm thinkin it should work for both stangs you just need to unlock it and throw the stock tune on the GT

Thanks for the help, I actually figured it out. I knew I had to set the GT back to stock to unpair it. I then had to pull out the old pc (I use a Mac and SCT doesn't make Mac software). From there I downloaded the software from SCT onto my pc and I was able to unlock it from there.
