Where is the best/cheapest place to buy stock ignition coils? Is the gt500 or termi coils any different:better???

Thanks

Re: WTB stock replacement ignition coils

The coils are the same for the Mach, Termi, and the 5.4l Shelby. The Ford Racing coils on american muscle are a great deal for a set of 8. Other than that, stock coils are the best IMHO.

Re: WTB stock replacement ignition coils

Theres a kit you can buy that replaces the springs and boots for your COPs. Sometimes its not necessarily the COP itself that is bad but the boot has torn or got holes in it and that can cause what feels like a misfire but you get no codes. Here's the kit I speak of:

I bought these from AM. I have heard nothing but problems with any of the 3rd party brands.
