Input Shaft - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

I'm trying to find an OEM Input Shaft replacement for my transmission (stock) and I'm not having much luck. Anyone know where I can find one? How much do they run for?

I'm getting really tired of the chattering/chirping/squealing noise coming from the tranny. Sounds like a finch getting raped by a gorilla. I'm going to replace my pilot bearing. I figure while I'm in there I'll replace the input shaft as well, as it looked a bit worn last time the transmission was off the car. You'd think people who knew how to work on transmissions would know enough to replace obvious parts... I won't be making the same mistake twice.

I don't know if that's correct, so I'm not ordering anything until I know for sure. I've ordered a new pilot bearing and clutch alignment tool so far.

the only company that sell an upgrade is promotion and its a 26 spline input shaft........

Interesting, I wonder what the difference is between that 26 spline input shaft and the one ProMotion sells for $300?

You can always pm ITLRUN for Ford parts. He will give you a killer deal too.

Dont forget you will have to change out your clutch disk as well if you are going from the 10 spline to a 26.

I think the OP is just looking for stock. I just noticed that 26 spline for a cheap price, missed the fact it's for a TKO. My trans will be going to Promotion in the next few weeks. And yes, a new clutch disk is in line.

I have 5 stock input shafts for the 3650 ------------------ all broken

The cause was determined to be TT's and a 22 year old driver.

I have them in a bag somewhere in the shop, the car has a t56 today

I have a stock one to have for 70 shipped..I put a 26 input in my 3650

Where is a good place to get a built 10 spline Input Shaft? I have around 600 TQ and I need something that won't break. I would go with a 26, but I have a Spec stage 4 10 spline clutch.
