Is it just me, or does this car have full frame rails?? If not, they are the largest box subframe connectors I've ever seen on a Mustang!

Yeah, the Boss 302/351/429 cars were all 4-manual cars. I've seen many Boss Clone cars over the years and they all looked nice but about half of them have autos when you look at the interiors and it kinda ruins the spirit of the heritage (and imitation) for me.

It does appear that this is exactly what's happening, with the yellow being a Boss exclusive color (props to Dave for pointing that one out). I'm guessing next year we'll see Grabber Green/Blue/Yellow/etc. along with a shaker. Sadly, no rear window louvers on the horizon apparently...

Added louvers to the Mach, if I could afford a new Boss I would add them to that too!

And as for the production numbers, I haven't seen anything officially released yet, but the rumor is the production numbers for 2010's is going to be roughly 1/3 of 2007's. Again, thats the rumor.

Get a load of this! I was walking through the parking lot at the doctors office today and stopped to check out a brand new GT500 convertable in the lot. I was staring at it when this little old lady getting into her car next to the Cobra says "Is that the new Boss 302"? I almost fell over. She must have been 65-70 years old and even she had read about the new Boss.

I told her I didn't think they had made any new Boss 302's yet. I told her that this convertable looked like it had all the bells and whistles, and I expected the Boss to be more of a race ready Mustang. She then said "I Googled the Boss 302 but just when the movie was going to show the good stuff the video stopped".

I had the sudden urge to file divorce papers and ask this lady to marry me!

I had only glanced at this thread a few days ago. But I've just looked over the five pages of threads. If this new Boss 302 has the motor mods and suspension mods that the articles suggest it's going to have, it won't matter how many of us want one we won't be able to afford one.

I see Ford having a heafty price tag on these babies, and the Ford Stealerships are going to absolutely rape the buying public. I see the Stealerships having them on the showroom floor and not budging on their inflated out of this world price tag (just like they first did with the Machs).

This isn't the best economic times for the stealerships to be greedy, but I bet they can't help themselves.
