Does this Gatorback Look Screwed Up?

I got this new gatorback off of eBay and it looks like the ribs are melted between them and some of the cross cuts aren't cut. I don't think I should run it. What do you guys think?

for a belt that should be brand new Id want it swapped out...Ive never had one with those issues
