Rear coilovers for irs

I have a irs rear end now and am going for coilovers.
What spring rate should I use.
I am looking at blistin sport shocks and 500 lb springs.
Anyone have any input?

Depends on your front suspension setup and desired height and purpose of the vehicle. Give maximum motorsports a call and they'll tell you exactly what you need.
