It felt good, as soon as I sat in the driver seat, the smell, sound, driver view, etc. IT FELT LIKE I FOUND MY BLANKET i've been searching all over for.
Honestly, was a great drive with it, over 3 hours to get home.
Mostly everything is running great, the tags are expired from 2015, so need to get that done ASAP.
Only issue that I experiance was something I had issues with on my last Mach, which I believe we are dealing with needing a new tune.
As driving for over an hour, was going to get off the road, so took the exit, I pushed in the clutch and the car rpm's just fell and car died and I had to quickly restart it. frustrating, but will get it figured out.
He did tell me the ac needed to be recharged and it for sure does, had the windows down the whole way home. lol

I have a 2003 Auto Mach 1 which recently started stalling on me when letting off the gas and slowing down. The IAC was old and giving me issues apparently. I tried to clean it but things only got worse which made me think I ws going in the right direction. I bought the new IAC and a gasket for about $70. and it's cured. A friend had suggested looking at the IAC and stated a bad IAC on a Ford is a common issue. If it helps... (IAC = Idle Air Control)

Come to think about it, I think that is what fixed my problem on my other mach, it is hard to remember years ago when so many things were in the mix, but for sure be worth a try before taking it to get a dyno tune.

Agreed, the younger crowd is about the social media side of things. This place used to be more active. The FB pages are ok but to find answers I always come back to the forums. A good core group of us keep talking to each other here.. lol

for a 17 year old car, it needs some touch ups, but over all nothing crazy. clean inside for sure.

Finally got mine out of storage about 3 months ago... Now the offspring has it and I never see either one anymore.
