spark plugs

any recommendation on what plugs to run?

running a d1 procharger.

also what do you guys recommend gapping them at?

Ngk tr6 or part number 4177. I gap mine around 28-30 on my eaton swap

I brought my car to my tuner with TR6s and he told me to take them out and swap with TR7s.
