I can wait no longer.
At 72 my time is running out waiting for the next Mach 1 so I traded in MCA6GUN [They sold it the same day] for a loaded 2016 Mustang GT. My dad traded cars in every two years and lived to be 90.

Re: I can wait no longer.
When you get to be a certain age (I am not far behind you) patience does take a back seat to enjoyment. Enjoy that new red beauty. Not like us elder statesmen are going to think about keeping a car 25 years anymore.

Good to see you post up, and really glad to see you finally got the color 'right'. It only took 72 years! Enjoy the beast and put up lots of pictures.

The color is Comp. Orange with the black roof option. Last year for that color and the turn signals in the hood. A mod. a day keeps me broke. I went with the auto and 3.55 gears. Faster than a stick and the trans is made in the USA unlike the Made in China stick.

Re: I can wait no longer.
Pan, is that you? You look a little older and now sporting an Orange and Black Mustang but I can see it's still you in there.
Congrats Russ and good luck with the new ride. |

Re: I can wait no longer.
Congrats on the new GT! I think I'm paying the money to get on the track at IMS too. I've always wanted to do that since I started driving LOL. Should be a really good show this September.

What you do in your garage is your own business.

Re: I can wait no longer.
Last night the wife and I made up our minds not to go. We have a house remodel this year and that will take our extra fun money. Bummer.

Re: I can wait no longer.
X's 2 Having owned new Mustangs starting in 1969 I can tell you hit the nail on the head. Our 16 is to die for. I love everything about it and then some. Ford really out did themselves with the 15,16 Mustang.

Re: I can wait no longer.
Well done.
My father inlaw is 64, turning 65 in a few days. He just picked up his new 2016 Mustang GT with an auto. He is so in love with that car. He said he spends every minute of driving it in track mode. LOL. That auto is awesome too. The rev match on the down shift sounds bada$$. Well done 24KMach.
