F/S D1SC Procharger 100% Complete Kit w/ Extras

Putting my D1SC Procharger for sale. Found a cheap eaton kit this past weekend and I plan on running that until I get another motor built. In order to fund the build, I need to sell this kit. This is a 100% complete kit down the last nut, bolt and washer. It was definitely a head turner. I have both a hard copy of the instructions and have them scanned in on my laptop. I WILL NOT BREAK THIS KIT UP> PLEASE DONT ASK FOR JUST THE HEAD UNIT. Some history, I puchased this kit from a member on m1r back in Oct. 2009 for $3500.00 Installed it with the help of (machgsxr) in Nov 2009 vid here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z4iAzLu2HL8 . On the stock block and no other upgrades besides fuel, it made 487rwhp at 10psi.... dyno vid here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEfUgOztZfQ I was able to get it down to 11.7 at 123 but it trapped as high as 124 on another occasion. Im sure it could have gone 10's with better 60ft time. I've put about 2500 miles on this kit in 2years. The previous owner put less then 6k miles on it and he bought it new. Built a new motor last year, and while car was down, I had the head unit rebuilt last Nov by Procharger. They can verify this for you if you have the serial # (head unit only has 65 miles on it since the rebuild). Fast forward to this year... built motor in, upgraded to the 3.4 carbonite coated Reichard racing pulley. Was hoping to get close to 14psi. Car only made 10... after boost leak testing it, I found the head unit was leaking a small amount of boost at the casing. Procharger fixed this... unfortunately, the worst leak was at the bypass valve. I had to purchase a new bypass valve at $450. This is what you see here. I also found the procharger couplers were balooning at anothing over 8psi, not good. So I replaced all those with silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps. Everything you see in the pictures is included. Extras: Brand new procharger big red race valve, Thump RRR Tensioner, 39lb injectors, SCT BA2400, under hood piping powder coated ox blood red (includes procharger cross over pipe), upgraded intercooler, silicone couplers, t-bolts, custom 4" inlet pipe, new K&N filter and new crossover seals, belt with only 65 miles on it. I have supporting documention as well. My asking price is $3700 with out the expansion tank and $4000 with it and I'll pay shipping. Edit: I will also include the powder coated canton expansion tank for an additional $300.00 since it will match the piping and crossover. So $4000k takes everything. You can get a good look at it with in the idle vid above.

this is really a great deal and i'll say why IMO
-clean kit looks new
-painted tubing
-all the nice clamps
-procharger red BOV
-intercooler
-everything needed
-THUMP RRR tensioner

if the tubing would match who is buyin they have a win win for sure on price
its just a great looking kit and they price total shipped $3700 i would have loved to jump on this kit and its a D1sc

The brand is 5 Star Manufacturing. The # is 200-108. I purchased these from a local hydraulic hose supply company. I had to go back three times until i got the right size. The others I purchased online from silicone intakes. If you cannot find them, let me know. I'll be glad to stop in and pick some up for you. Its about 2 miles from where I work.

You wouldnt need any fuel system upgrades besides the new injectors? Everythng on that kit can be bolted up (then tuned) and should be ready to roll?

Assuming you already have a tuner, you will need a good pump. You'll get a lot of different answers but imo, the cheapest would be to upgrade to the aeromotive 340l pump or similar. I ran a cobra tank with modified hat when I dyno'd almost 500rwhp. If you plan on running this pulley on a stock block, you'll have to get your tuner to cut the rpms down to about 5500-6k max. I wouldnt run more then about 11 maybe 12 lbs on a stock block. A 4" procharger pulley would put you right at about 10psi and can be found for >$40. Then one I had I actually gave away for free to a member here. If you would like a pump or pumps that would handle this, let me know. I think I may have something laying around. If not, I know who does.
