Roush stage 2 front

Finally pulled the trigger on a Roush stage 2 front bumper add on. I ordered it from stage3motorsports. I have a black mach and am thinking of painting it flat black like the chin spoiler. I think it will add a touch of custom personality without changing the whole bumper. Plus I've never seen a mach with this and I like to be a bit different than the rest and enhance the look without making it gaudy or be a cobra poser. I will add pics once it gets here.

Re: Roush stage 2 front

im not really seeing the "ricer" effect.. maybe if his car was slammed, painted neon green w/ and orange checkered flags on the hood, and a coffee can muffler. THEN maybe i could see what ya'll are seeing. I think it looks like a nice street stang

Re: Roush stage 2 front

LOL... I don't expect everyone to like what I do but that's what our hobby is all about...one man's rice is anothers dream car! But you take the whole New Edge Roush kit & really give it a chance ...look at it from all angles & it will hook most people! It REALLY turns heads & attracts people...The Stage 2 front fascia will be a two piece affair it looks VERY good IMO...I run that design on my 94 so it's close.

Here is a great shot of the ONLY factory Roush Mach 1 in existence...My favorite car of all time... I almost got a chance to buy it from Brian on here...
one of one...the most exclusive Roush of all!

Re: Roush stage 2 front

Finally got the Stage 2 Roush front from stage3motorsports. Finished painting it myself today in flat black. It came out looking good IMHO. Can't wait to install it. I'll post pics after the install. I really think it will enhance the chin of the mach without changing its whole attitude, ie stage 3 or cobra front bumper.

Re: Roush stage 2 front

Here are a few quick pics of how it turned out. I think it looks good in the satin black against a black mach. Definitely different, stealthy and not over the top. I like it. Let me know what you all think.

Imo those would have looked better if the lip went all the way across instead of have a empty gap therein the center

Re: Roush stage 2 front

This is a DD car not a show car so as you can see the front bumper could use some attention and yes the hood is starting to peel (ugggggh). I am trying to think of how I want it painted and if I want to attempt this hood painting project myself or not. Problem is I am quite fond of the DOHC hood decals I have and they are no longer made and can't be replaced.

However my next upgrade is brakes since I'm still on the original pads/rotors from 2003. (looking at EBS sport slotted W/EBC yellow pads)

I think this addition looks really good and the satin black seems to match the spoiler and side louvers I have quite nicely adding to the overall black on black look. I plan on painting the rear louvers the same color shortly to match better. It accomplished my goal of adding a little more aggressive look without detracting from the overall Mach 1 design. I think it flows well with the stock side skirts as well which was a overall cost consideration.

Re: Roush stage 2 front

man sorry it took me so long to get back on this thread, thanks so much for uploading more pictures,
you have convince me to (if i do go with something different) to do this, same color and everything, i think it would look killer being black on a SY mach
i might have it painted alittle gloss on it, so it would match up with my roush wing on the rear, but love it
congrates man looks amazing
