Boost sensor

Hi all,

I am in the process of installing the procharger to my Mach and just looking at where to put the boost sensor. Where exactly have you guys installed yours?

I read the brake boost line?

I have the aeroforce interceptor and sensor kit.

Thanks!

These cars don't have a vacuum line for the brakes. It's a hydroboost set up. I tapped into one of the vacuum lines behind the intake when I ran a boost gauge in my 01.

Re: Boost sensor

originally I ran mine behind the motor and over to the passenger side, used a plastic T into the existing vacuum line there. You'll also need a vacuum source for the bypass valve.

when I deleted the EGR i had it tapped and threaded and put a vacuum fitting in the egr plate

Re: Boost sensor

I know the vacuum hose your talking about that was installed with the bypass valve. We can't use that then?

That bypass valve was spliced into manifold vacuum line right?
