I can beleave it , I work in a bearing factory and 2 years ago we shipped out complete huds to gm that someone shut off a greese valve and there was no greese in the hubs. gm had to do a recall.

No one caught it in pre-delivery inspection at the dealership?
Do customers road test before they put down the money? Almost as bad as forgetting the windshield. So look for, the union label................................
