I can beleave it , I work in a bearing factory and 2 years ago we shipped out complete huds to gm that someone shut off a greese valve and there was no greese in the hubs. gm had to do a recall.

No one caught it in pre-delivery inspection at the dealership?
Do customers road test before they put down the money?
Almost as bad as forgetting the windshield.
So look for, the union label................................

Think about the automotive knowledge the people who buy those cars have, ad in the salesman's lack of knowledge, and the overall poor "performance" of that car any way.... No. No one noticed it.

Now if you were buying a new mustang GT and the car wouldn't stop well, or made a noise at all... They it wouldn't go unnoticed or unchecked.

I always thought brake pads were optional Thanks GM for letting me know!
