Midpipe install ? Quick!
Whats the best method for getting the two manifold flange nuts on the passenger side when taking the old h pipe out? I have all of the other nuts off, just can't seem to get these last two on the passenger side

Re: Midpipe install ? Quick!
several extensions and 1 swivel. put the swivel closer to the header. you can either lay on your back, or get it setup so you can place both legs under the car and pull the ratchet to you(i did it this way..i thought i broke the socket lol)
they are a *****..i put the stupid stock H back on and had no trouble at all..

Re: Midpipe install ? Quick!
best thing to do is replace the bolts with new ones too so they tighten easier. Also if u are willing to, on your 15 deep socket if you will grind it about 1/4 shorter it makes the fit much much better and perfect room to turn it.

Re: Midpipe install ? Quick!
Thanks for the replies. I actually was able to do it before I noticed what you had said. I used the extensions and the swivel. Of course, they came off the hardest. Oh well. It's on now and I love it.
