Drivers Seat

I did not notice this untill about three weeks into owning my Mach. The drivers seat bolster air bag when inflated pokes out the back of the seat. My back has been killing me since I bought this car and i'm sure this is why. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Cool Re: Drivers Seat

The only issue I had with the drivers seat is that the bolt on the door side sheared off and I had to drill it out and replaced it with a grade 8 bolt so it will not break again.

Re: Drivers Seat

mine leaks.. i have to re-inflate every 10 mins if i really want it...

best bet, either steal one from an airplane like i did or get your self a little 12inch pillow... throw that behind your back and your good to go... way more comfortable too

Re: Drivers Seat

Tear it apart and fix it. I'm sure you can get replacement parts.

Re: Drivers Seat

Mine just had the same thing happen. Looks like the back of the drivers seat has a tumor. I'm guessing the air bladder has come out of the housing. Did you end up fixing this and if so any suggestions?
