MRT problems - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

So i ordered a pair of the chrome exhaust tips at the end of June from MRT and received them on July 3rd, but they forgot the hangars. Called them up that day and the guy said they would ship them out and he was sorry about it. It is now 12 DAYS and i still have not gotten them!!

I called and e-mailed them yesterday telling them to call me today so we could talk about express shipping me the hangars cuz this is ****ing ridiculous(not exact terms used), and they didn't even try to contact me again today. Has anyone else had problems with MRT, cuz they're really starting totick me off. All i want to do is install my tips which look really nice in the box lol.

all I know is that their parts are really expensive$$$$. Maybe, I won't be buying my tips from MRT.

MRT has had a great reputation around here. I would certaily call them back and talk to Scott or whomever you can get ahold of. Unless somethign really odd is going on, they're usually on the ball.

I'm definitely calling tomorrow and i'll ask for Scott. i've only heard good things about them before, but like i said, this is ridiculous.

One of the sales people could have just forgot or got busy....I know they are starting work on the SEMA vehicle.

We have never had any problems with MRT or staff.

Call Scott or Kim, and tell them we sent you...they support us very well.

I know most of them personally and purchase many items without incident.

I just talked to Kim and she was extremely nice about the whole thing, and said she would figure out what went wrong with shipping out the parts. I know that they are a great company to deal with by how everyone else has talked about them, i think my situation has just been a fluke. I'm not holding this against them for further purchases.

They forgot the hangers when they shipped mine too. And then once I got the hangers, I realized that one of the tips was the wrong size (a hair too big). Not the greatest experience, but the tips look great now that it's all resolved.

My recent experience with MRT was a nightmare. They forgot the rods and clamps. Then they sent the rods but no clamps. it took several weeks to finally get everything I needed and paid for.

I ordered a pair of hood struts for my mach from MRT, ordered them on the 14th, so I hope I get them here soon
