Ford buys lots of parts from other vendors. It is possible that they are buying them direct from the vendor. I see it happen all the time with other parts. They are normally shipped in a "plain white pkg". Could be legit parts, could be seconds. I hate to even speculate to be honest with you.

Wrote to MMR about the Ford roller followers for $299.99 set of 32 (not including shipping), if they are new or used. They advised me these are brand new Ford roller followers. Here is a link to ordering them.
