Re: braceyaselfs custom turbo install..
What size intercooler are you running? Do you have any pictures specifically of the intercooler?

I'll be installing a Procharger kit in about a week or so. I have a 03-04 Cobra bumper, and I'm thinking that the Procharger intercooler isn't going to fill the opening so I was looking at doing a different intercooler. Is there room to fit the intercooler between the radiator/core support and the bumper support or is your only option to cut the bumper support? In reading through the Porcharger instructions, I can't say I remember seeing them talk about cutting the bumper support. |

Re: braceyaselfs custom turbo install..
the procharger intercooler fits behind the core support but it does not fill the cobra opening at all. i have a cobra bumper on mine and i had the procharger before this. you should have no problem fitting the cxracing one behind it as its not thicker then the procharger core but i wont look as bling being that far back not to mention the bumper support will block nearly half of the core from airflow.
here what the procharger looks like with the 03-04 bumper. id recommend against it especially considering the price. the cxracing kit on ebay is like 250 with piping and FMIC |
