A short story about 4vlover and this site...

I'll keep it simple. I posted a question about finding the size of a vortech coupler that connects to the throttle body so I could order the right one after already ordering the wrong one.

4vlover posted telling me the correct size and even sent me one he had laying around!!!!

Little things like this are almost unheard of nowadays, especially on national forums, and it's a testament of the people of this site. Might not seem like much to most, but the shear generosity was enough to warrant this thread IMO. Some of you guys have really helped me in the process of my build, and I'm glad I swapped to a Mach WAP block or I would have never gotten on this site. Thank you.

Now if 4vlover would send me his PP address, so I can gift him a 12pk, all would be right in the world...

-Bill

good to hear!

definitely some good people here that put a lot of time/effort into making sure members get good technical information out of things they spent a lot of time/effort to figure out and helping other members with parts. Nekasrof sent me fuel line o-rings that I couldnt find to save my life (without buying a very expensive fuel line assembly).

Yea, I had a run in with the guy. It was a little confusion and I prematurely questioned the deal. He was always respectful and seems like a stand up guy. On a side note he uses his dad's pay pal so you would have to make sure pappy dont drink all the beer himself. :P

I agree...this is one of the most civil and mature forums I've encountered - very refreshing
