Brembo teaser

Just found this close-up of the rear in the archives...must have left it out because of the rain, but it creates a neat effect, I think.

Nuke.

Re: Brembo teaser

Thanks for the comment. The brakes make a little noise, but that's probably due to lots more force/surface area. The front right tire rubs the inner (plastic) wheel well slightly when the wheel is hard over left. No problem on the left though. My MAF/Air Filter are right behind where the contact is so I have to be careful when I beat it in 'a little'.

The car is a joy to drive. Handles great, though a completely different feel from stock. Near supercar performance with a blue oval to boot. My son's '67 coupe still gets all the attention though....I think I have to put flames on the Mach or something to get someone to pay attention to it in the garage.

Cheers, Nuke

Re: Brembo teaser

Looks great. What size rotors do you have in the rear? They look like 13"?!?

Re: Brembo teaser

Horseplay,

The fronts are 14" and the rears are 13". Both have progressive 4 piston calipers.

Nuke.

Re: Brembo teaser

Very clean and mean look! Do you know if the rear kit (13") will fit behind a 17" FR500 wheel for the front?
Also- I saw that you're in Bremerton. My Father use to be stationed there back in the 60s. We were actually just up at Illahee park fishing a couple weeks ago- Very Beautiful (and wet) area!
