I use the Sprayway below on all black trim, tires (in place of Armor All), all weather stripping, and even to darken the plastic in the wheel wells. It's such a fine mist you have super control on how much you apply - you need not even rub it in, it just soaks in. I would buy a few cans to start with.

I might have to try this. Got any pics of it on the Mach?

Pig Spit on the outside. Aerospace 303 Protectant on the inside. Your search is over.

Mothers Back to Black, I also use it on the interior. As long as you don't over do it, it doesn't damage the symbols/words on the switches and radio.

I've heard really good things about the Pig Spit but haven't tried it personally.

This stuff is awesome. I little bit goes a long way. I haven't noticed that it leaves marks on paint after it gets wet like back to black does either. I use it on all my black trim. even under the hood. I apply it with a mequires foam applicator.

Don't have any pics, but I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Your talking to one meticulous Mach owner here. You'll be amazed at how well it works on everything - it doesn't leave any greasy residue either. And for a few bucks a can, it's worth a try. All my black trim looks factory new. Once you get the look you want, you spray just enough to maintain the look you want.

Ok, you sold me. I'm getting a couple cans. It's $7.69/can with free shipping on amazon if anyone is wondering.

Let me know how it works for you. Depending on how faded your black trim and rubber pieces are, you might need to apply a few layers of it so it can soak in and start to work for you. Before I leave for a car show or cruise-in, I'll spray it on my outer tires to give me a "better than Armor All" look. I've even darkened up my dirty wheel wells with it so they vanished out of sight. I cleaned up a pair of my wife's brown leather shoes that were starting to look worn - I use it on the weather stripping of my garage door every year. You'll have a blast thinking of all the possibilities of where to use this stuff around the house, too. I sound like an infomercial now, ha ha!

It won't hurt your clearcoat paint if you get a little over spray on it, either.

Re: Cleaning Plastic Mirrors, Chin Spoiler, What's everyone using?

I'm mainly needing something to do the rubber trim for our windows. They were leaving dark stains down the doors when it would rain and so I scrubbed them thinking it would remove the excess. They haven't looked 100% since I did that. Hopefully a few layers of this will work.
Thank you for the recommendation.

I agree. Pig Spit is the Sh!t, or Spit. 303 is great on the shaker also!! It has a UV protectant to reduce fade and makes it look new again.
